The Need for Strategic Intelligence in the Cosmic Conflict

November 21st 2019

by Dr. Michael Lake

In any conflict, whether it is being waged on earth or in the heavens, intelligence is crucial. In the context of warfare, the concept of intelligence is not referring to one’s mental prowess; intelligence refers to strategic information regarding identifying the enemy and their history, the nature of the conflict, the enemy’s doctrine of war, troop strength, etc. Without the necessary intelligence, devastating mistakes are made on the battlefield; lives are destroyed and territories lost unnecessarily.

Even to the casual researcher, the evidence is overwhelming that agents of darkness have labored tirelessly for millennia to obfuscate the full history, nature, and warfare tactics of their masters from the masses (to include the Body of Christ). These nefarious endeavors of darkness have given a vast tactical advantage to the fallen immortals and those involved in the Mystery Religions. The current priesthood of darkness can easily sway the nations into a near-catatonic state through their techno-sorcery. I have often wondered if the fascination of the entertainment industry with zombies is nothing more than a tongue-in-cheek reference to how they view the non-initiates of planet Earth. Modern occultists boast that much of the modern church is considered to be among this wandering horde of mindless zombies that they have blinded from the enemy’s agenda. Yet, this planned dynamic of programmed ignorance is about to change.

2 It is the glory of God to conceal a thing: but the honour of kings is to search out a matter. 3 The heaven for height, and the earth for depth, and the heart of kings is unsearchable.
Proverbs 25:2-3 (KJV)

God, in His infinite wisdom, has structured His Word is such a way that it provides the strategic intelligence needed for the believer, while hiding His plans from the enemy. It is the ministry of the Holy Spirit (in the heart of the awakened saint) to reveal the history, nature, and warfare doctrines of the enemy. Proverbs 25:2-3 was written by King Solomon. This ancient Hebrew king had been trained in the Word of God since early childhood. Solomon had also been bitten by the Mystery Religion bug later in life. In this proverb, the King of Israel might have been speaking of the things hidden by God in His Word that involve the heavens, the earth, and the fallen kings of a period before our present space-time existed. In our day, the Holy Spirit is anointing His kingly priesthood to search out these tactical truths.

1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. 2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.
Genesis 1:1-2 (KJV)

In the very beginning of the Bible, the Almighty has encoded strategic intelligence into the creation story. In Verse 1, we discover that the Almighty created the heavens (the Hebrew is plural, not singular) and the earth. Yet, something happened to God’s creation. Verse 2 declares, “now the earth was without form and void.” The Hebrew word that God used for “was” is hayah (haw-yaw). This ancient Hebrew word means “to be, become, come to pass, exist, happen, fall out.”[i]  Therefore, it would be correct to suggest that Genesis 1:2 could be translated, “And the earth became formless or void.”

In full disclosure, I need to point out that the top experts in Hebrew (Hebraists) are divided over the correct interpretation of Genesis 1:2. One group views the creation story as it unfolds beyond Verse 1 as an explanation of the creative process: that first there was a primordial earth and then God began His labor of forming it. The second group views Verse 2 as a declaration that something devastating happened to the Almighty’s creation of the earth that required the Creator to restore His planet. In other words, a catastrophe that was revealed later in God’s Word as the Creator’s wrath on rebellious immortals (i.e., angels) decimated our planet (as well as other planets in our solar system).  What the critics of the second view (Gap Theory) rarely disclose is that a majority of Hebraists agree with the catastrophic view! We are currently standing on Earth 2.0. The war that was raging before the creation of humanity spilled over into Adam’s garden, and now humanity finds itself involved in this cosmic conflict!

Revelations in the Creation of Mankind

28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.
Genesis 1:28 (KJV)

Many will point to the use of the word replenish in the King James Version of the Bible as validation of the Gap Theory. They will also point out that God used the same Hebrew word when He told Noah to replenish the earth. However, in examining the Hebrew word male’, I discovered that it can be translated both ways: to fill or refill. However, when investigating the historical etymology of male’, I discovered several important validations for the cataclysmic view:

  1. The Hebrew and Amamic Lexicon of the Old Testament (HALOT) adds a significant additional definition to this ancient Hebrew word: to fill someone’s hand, to consecrate as a priest, devote. [ii] Encoded in the command to fill or replenish the earth is the concept of the consecration of the first family as the Almighty’s new priesthood.

  2. The Lexham Analytical Lexicon of the Hebrew Bible (LXHEBNLEX) also states its usage to mean, “to be armed (weapons) v., to be prepared for a military confrontation by being provided with weapons.[iii]

In other words, as the Creator was speaking words of dominion over the first family, He consecrated them as priests and prepared them for a military confrontation. This concept is further confirmed when examining the Hebrew word itself. Male’ is made up of three Hebrew letters: mem, lamed, and aleph. Now, let’s examine what these three Hebrew letters mean.

Mem Water - Chaos Male’ could be interpreted as “the strength of the shepherd’s staff to stop chaos.”
Lamed Staff - Goad
Aleph Strength

Throughout the Word of God, the use of male’ paints a compelling picture of an armed priest (or priesthood) that is commanded to fill the earth with its presence to enforce the Kingdom. I find this utterly amazing! This one Hebrew word can perfectly illustrate an awakened and matured Remnant fulfilling the Great Commission in the last days.

9 Remember the former things of old: for I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like me, 10 Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure:
Isaiah 46:9-10 (KJV)

The Almighty has revealed the end from the beginning. We have discovered that in the creation and commissioning of the first family, God armed them with the weapons of warfare needed to enter this cosmic conflict. In Genesis 3, we discover that Adam failed in his duties and committed high treason against the Creator and unwittingly aligned himself with the enemy in an ancient war. However, Jesus paid the price for Adam’s treason, opened the door for salvation, and has not only restored the weapons but has provided a supernatural upgrade!

Although we now have advanced weapons for the conflict, do we possess the strategic intelligence needed to enter this supernatural theater of war? At the True Legends Conference 2020, the Holy Spirit is assembling key Christian researchers that will provide a detailed intelligence briefing for the Body of Christ. No more failures on the battlefield. It is time for the remnant to be armed and informed for this final conflict!
